It is always interesting to hear people talk about those some wish to exclude, in some way. I find it interesting that you wish to exclude anyone at all. There can be a me in we. Or is it just about you?

Communication

Sometimes our greatest gift can be to listen instead of hear.  One requires a heart the other an ear. When words touch the heart we can love. Sound hitting an ear is merely noise.  Maybe it's time we stop hearing and listen.

Love begins when we listen. Communication begins when we feel.  Our joys, struggles, and pain is shared from one heart to another. To not open yours is a crime. Even those who hurt us need compassion and love. If we can't give it we can't get it.

Let's sit down, be quiet and listen to what others and the world have to say. Maybe then we can begin to repair the harm that haunts so many.
